Order and Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (make sure your email address is accurate). Orders typically take 2 business days to process before shipment, though we often ship sooner. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options:

USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery 2–14 business days after shipment.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipment.
Please note:

Mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays in delivery timelines.

Express shipping speeds up delivery, not processing time.

Once your package leaves our facility, the St. Paul Saints are not liable for delays, theft, or delivery issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address, method selected, and item availability. To preview shipping costs:

Important Notes:

You will only be charged for items that ship.

Out-of-stock or cancelled items will not be billed.

If there’s a payment issue, we’ll contact you by email and wait up to 10 business days for a response before cancelling the order.
Backordered & Cancelled Items

Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, you’ll receive an email with an expected restock timeframe. These items ship via USPS Priority once available.

Cancelled Items: If an item has been discontinued, you’ll receive a cancellation notice by email. You won’t be billed.
Note: Our online store reflects in-store inventory as best we can, but during high demand periods, some items may still appear available when they are not. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Changes & Corrections
Changes can usually only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order ships, changes are no longer possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, use our Contact Us form and provide the details of your request. This helps us track and respond more efficiently. While we’ll try our best, changes are not guaranteed.
Gift Messages
You may include a gift message on the Shopping Cart page under “Special Delivery Instructions or Gift Message.” Your message will be printed and included with the shipment.
Missing or Late Order?
The St Paul Saints Team Store is not responsible for issues carriers experience once it has left our store. We strongly recommend you file a claim with the carrier if the tracking indicates the package is lost or there is a longer ship time than expected. Please be advised that ship times do not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website. Please email us at storesupport@saintsbaseball.com if you have any questions.
International Shipping
Please use the International Shipping option on the order form. Note also that International Shipping is not trackable by us once it leaves the US and therefore shipping times cannot be estimated or promised. If you experience a delay, we strongly recommend you file a claim with the carrier.
