We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
📦 Returns & Size Exchanges
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange for a different size (same item). The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Merchandise must have all original tags and MiLB stickers
- Items must be in the condition you received them
Include with your return:
- Packing Slip, Order Confirmation or note with Order Number
- A brief note stating your request
Shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to our error.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, let us know using the Contact Us form. Be sure to include full details of the issue and what you'd like us to do.
We will send a prepaid return label
Once we receive the return, we’ll send the correct item to you right away.

- What you received
- What you’re still missing
If you received a backorder notification, that email will provide your shipping timeline.
🔄 Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we’re sorry!
Contact us through the Contact Us form and include your order number and a note describing the issue.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label
- Once we receive the return, we’ll ship the correct item
- To ensure prompt processing please include the Packing Slip, Order Confirmation or note with Order Number
